I think it is safe to say that Peter is simply refusing to admit
accidents happen, that they are unintentional, and except for him,
everyone knows this.
I've provided three major Insurance company's that use the term, in the
truest sense-that is an unexpected or unintentional outcome.
Peter, while your efforts to reduce the number of accidents is good
one, denying they occur simply is nonsense and erodes your credibility.
I suggest educating ways to reduce the risk of accidents-but not by
trying to delete the word from the english language. People will think
your nuts.
