Discussion:
Any bike maps with hills noted for Lower Mainland?

Are there any maps, possibly done by various cities rather
than the region, but prefer the region that indicate hills and
their slope or such-like along streets and bike routes?

I've seen the 2004 Burnaby one that had some double arrows on
some routes, but are their maps with more specifi details, such
as contour lines, steep short hills and so on for North Shore,
through to Richmond, Delta?

What I would love to see is a relative elevation chart for major routes all
around the Lower Mainland. Years ago we did a trip from Banff to Jasper and
one rider in our group had such a map book with paralell elevation charts
for each leg of the route. We were able to anticipate riding up Parker's
Ridge for a WEEK before we actually had to ride it. Not that the
anticipation really helped all that much ;)
