Since me, and all dictionaries, and billions around the planet have it
wrong (that accidents are intentional, according to you), what is the
word for when something UNINTENTIONAL is done?

Now please stick to the issue and do not throw insults at me like you
have in other posts (for instance accusing me of me trying to "covert"
people to my way of thought, even though you are the one stating
accidents are intentional)
