Does MECC carry 700cc tires and tubes (presta)? What kind of prices?

If you go to the store in person, go up to the Customer
Service bar and ask nicely, they'll be happy to give you
a hardcopy catalogue. Which I've had to do umpteen times
because the copy they mail to me gets ripped off out of
the mailbox on the front porch.

IIRC, their tire prices range roughly from $10 to $30;
there may be cheaper and more expensive ones, too.
Tubes are around $3 each.

Their cheapest wire-bead 700C tires are probably the cheapest in town.
They stock just about every probable 700C tube, though they are out of
long-stemmed tubes at their Broadway store right now.

With the money you save, treat yourself to a $25 Filzer dB4Lwc wireless
cadence computer. It's not even in their catalog yet, but they have it
on the shelf.
