Nasty Gash today when I slipped on my peddle and cut my shin.
Which made me think of this question? Since I went to a clinic and had
it looked after, should shinpads be manditory? Since it cost taxpayers
money for me to have this properly mended.

Jeeeez Jack, now you're using other people's material (mine) from past
posts?

So to understand you, you want to pass a law that mandates ONLY me to
wear to shinpads.

Should law only mandate you to wear a helmet? Suit of Armour?

It would appear that only your shins require protecting. In the event that I
injure myself whilst jousting we shall address the question of making Suits
of Armour mandatory.

You're saying my shins are the only ones ever hurt during cycling?
Doesn't strike you a little short sighted?
A suit of Armour would protect you from MANY injuries (elbow injuries,
knee injuries, head injuries, etc. If it's your tax dollars your
interest in saving, wouldn't you want this?
