Any one here have any experience with green tires. Good and bad.
Surrey is full of glass so I was just wondering if this would be
practical. My mountain bike has double thick tubes from Canadian tire
which have flatted only once in 2 years. They do not carry tubes for a
race bike's tires. thanks for you opinions in advance.

By "green tires", I assume you're referring to Slime.
Here's a review:

Have you tried kevlar tires or tire liners?

Do they come in 700cc? by green tires I meant the solid ones but I
heard it is so bad it is not worth considering. Kevlar liners or tire
should do swell.
